Health & Sensor Data

Shesh Club does not collect, store, transmit, or share any health or fitness data. Previous versions of the app used the device accelerometer sensor solely to detect shake gestures for dice rolling animations — a gameplay feature with no health purpose. No health metrics, fitness data, activity data, or biometric data of any kind were ever recorded or transmitted. As of version 18 of the app, accelerometer access has been completely removed. We do not access Android Health Connect, Google Fit, Apple Health, or any health data platform.

5. What We Do NOT Do With Your Data

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes.

6. How We Share Your Information

Other Users: Your username, avatar, and gameplay statistics are visible to other players
Service Providers: We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the App
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law

7. Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, though anonymized gameplay records may be retained for integrity purposes.

9. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we become aware that a user under 12 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
